The visual story: Sixteen leaves (unpaginated), with 6 flexi disc records (record-style thin plastic sound sheets related to the film) bound in. 
Formatted and bound the records are playable (at 45 rpm) without removing them from the binding since the entire book with its hole punched through the center fits on the turntable of all record players.
